Pre-Sales Phase

Discovery
In this process, C2S experts will identify the machinery you need, explore the options and provide you the full information with the relevant quotation from the information obtained by the assessment.
Bidding
This process covers the final negotiation on price, payment and delivery terms of the identified machinery.
Post-Sales Phase
Delivery
In this process, the purchased machinery will be transported from manufacturer or supplier to the customer's location based on the inco-terms agreement ensuring to arrive on time, safely and in good condition.
Quality
In this process, the factors such as durability, reliability, precision, safety features, and compliance with the agreed standards are assessed, controlled, and ensured.
Assembly & Education
In this process, the components of equipment is put together for the customer and facilitated a training session in order to teach operators how to use and maintain the machinery properly in order to prevent accidents and extend the lifespan of the equipment.
